Salloum and Salloum were appointed to design a family housing development with a Built up area of approx 2,600sqm consisting 4 villas of two types. This landmark development has demonstrated a shift in the typology of housing types in Bahrain. Significant emphasis was placed on energy efficiency, sustainability and architectural aesthetics.
