This project involves designing a new Marriott Residence Inn. The client’s wanted to build a Marriott residence Inn. Salloum and SalloumMAS, responded designing a 15,000sqm, 127 Key, 21 storey hotel consisting of a number of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments accompanied by a all day dining restaurant, guest gym, Spa and a podium deck infinity pool. The efficient planning of the hotel ensures a good return of investment for the client.
